Soul Flow Retreat

“Retreat” literally means to withdraw.

By slowing down and finding rest, you give your body and mind the space to recover and turn inward. Unwind during our coastal retreat, where you can enjoy yoga, breathwork, and relaxing massages.

What to Expect

This retreat offers the perfect balance between free time and a carefully curated program. Twice a day (in the morning and late afternoon), we come together for movement practices, yoga, breathwork, a sound bath, a cacao ceremony, and more. The program is designed to help you gently and lovingly reconnect with your body.

You’ll enjoy two delicious, freshly prepared meals per day from our private chef.


Who Are We?

‍♀️ Theresia is an experienced breathwork coach and massage therapist. Through conscious connected breathing, she guides you on a journey toward deep relaxation and personal transformation. In her sessions, she helps you explore and release emotions, fears, and desires. Theresia excels in creating a safe space where you can discover your inner strength and overcome blockages. Her goal is to support you in cultivating a life of balance, resilience, and fulfillment, where you take charge of your own well-being and growth. Her massages are a beautiful blend of firm and gentle touch, allowing you to release tension and fully drop into your body.

Pleuni supports people through yoga, movement practices, and healing music, helping them reconnect with their divine essence and shift into a heart-centered awareness. About her yoga classes, she says:
“In my classes, we explore the body’s natural way of moving, with lightness and playfulness at the core. I work a lot with fluid, wave-like movements in the spine. The focus is on feeling into your own body—discovering what supports you and what your body truly needs. Instead of simply copying shapes, we cultivate body awareness, creating more space for exploration.”

Accommodation

️ The spacious, beautiful rooms offer all modern comforts. You can choose between different rooms in the Farmhouse, either with a private bathroom or a shared one.

Alternatively, you can stay in a Wikkelhouse, a sustainable tiny house near the farmhouse, located at the edge of a field. The large windows offer stunning views—perfect for three friends or for forming new connections.

‼️ Please note: You will always share a room, but never a bed.


Practical Information

⚡️ Open to everyone! Yoga classes are accessible to all levels. No prior experience with breathwork is needed, but can be helpful.
⚡️ What’s included? Your room, all meals and snacks, and all classes and activities.
⚡️ What’s not included? Any personal activities outside the program and massages with Theresia.
⚡️ This is a non-alcoholic and vegetarian retreat. We are happy to accommodate dietary needs or allergies.
